Public tours are typically offered on the last two Fridays of each month. Registration for our public tours open the first Friday of every month at 9 a.m. Tours are popular and spaces fill up quickly; we recommend registering as early as possible. The tour age requirement is 12 years of old and above. For individuals 12 to 17 years old, a parent or a legal guardian must register for them and join the minor for the entire duration of the tour.
Please follow these requirements to join the tour:
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID (REAL ID driver's license, passport or acceptable alternative). See the SLAC VUE Center website for details. Attendees who are age 18 or older who do not provide a valid ID will be denied entry.
- Show (on your phone or printed) the SLAC issued QR code that you will receive via email from no-reply@slac.stanford.edu. The name on the QR code must match the attendee’s valid ID.
- Each Eventbrite ticket must have the correct name of the attendee joining the tour. If you need to make updates/changes to the ticket names, do so in Eventbrite as early as possible.
- Wear closed-toed shoes.
- No bags or backpacks larger than 12"x6"x12" are allowed.
