Vitaly Yakimenko
Deputy Director, Projects & Infrastructure
As deputy director for projects and infrastructure, Vitaly oversees the Facilities & Operations division and the Project Management Office and is responsible for scientific and infrastructure project management and campus planning to ensure successful delivery for our mission needs. Previously, he was director of our Facility for Advanced Accelerator Experimental Tests (FACET) and served as project director for the FACET-II upgrade and the Super Cryogenic Dark Matter Search (SuperCDMS).
