Kathryn is editor-in-chief of Symmetry Magazine, a publication about particle physics and astrophysics. She has a master’s degree in journalism with a focus on science writing from Northwestern University. She came to SLAC in 2014 after working at Fermilab and CERN. Outside work, she goes on walks with her family, reads cozy science fiction, and takes classes at her local university botanical garden.
